Haley Cardenas

Haley is a Licensed Master Social Worker that specializes in working with children, families, and women. She has experience counseling people with trauma, relationship strife, PTSD, CPTSD, autism, conflict at home and/or school, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and everyday stress.

Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho in 2018 and her Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2022.

She often utilizes solution focused interventions, trust-based relationship interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, skill building, play therapy and art therapy.

Haley’s personal passions include riding horses, knitting, fishing, and anything outdoors. She chose this path because her ultimate goal is to help others be their favorite selves.
