Haley Cardenas

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker that specializes in working with children, families, and women. I have experience counseling people with trauma, relationship strife, PTSD, CPTSD, autism, conflict at home and/or school, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and everyday stress.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho in 2018 and my Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2022.

I often utilize solution focused interventions, trust-based relationship interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, skill building, play therapy and art therapy.

My personal passions include riding horses, knitting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I chose this path because my ultimate goal is to help others be their favorite selves.
