I am a Licensed Master Social Worker that specializes in children, family, and women. I have experience working with children, families, and people who experience trauma, relationship strife, and general stress from everyday living.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho in 2018. I earned my Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2022. I have been working with children and families since 2019, and individual adults since 2022. My personal passions include riding horses, knitting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I chose this life path because my ultimate goal is to help others be their favorite selves.
I work extensively with clients who experience trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, autism, conflict at home and/or school, relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I often utilize solution focused interventions, trust-based relationship interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, skill building, play therapy and art therapy.
